All of our artisan candles are poured by hand using 100% natural, paraffin-free soy wax. Soy wax is sustainably sourced, completely biodegradable, and burns much cleaner and slower than traditional petroleum-based paraffin waxes.
Yes, safety is central to our formulas. Our scents are meticulously crafted to be 100% Phthalate-free and Paraben-free. However, because animals have highly sensitive olfactory systems, we always suggest burning products in a well-ventilated, open room away from direct interaction with your family pets.
Tunneling occurs if a candle is extinguished before the top layer of wax liquefies completely to the glass edge. To establish a strong "wax memory profile," ensure your very first burn lasts roughly 2 to 3 hours until a flat, uniform melted pool covers the top surface completely.
Shipping, Deadlines & Store Credits
Don't worry, we protect our clients fully against courier mishaps. Please take high-quality photos of the damage and email them to our studio within exactly 48 hours of package delivery. We will gladly process a product replacement or issue store credit to your profile.
Because our luxury collections are small-batch and hand-poured intentionally, processing takes between 2 to 4 business days before dispatch. Once picked up by our shipping partners, tracking notifications are immediately sent via email.
